Annual Subscription

The Annual Subscription is charged as a single annual payment.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

• The annual subscription price is $299.
• The subscription includes 12 monthly shipments.
• One shipment is provided each month during the subscription period.
• If automatic renewal is enabled, the subscription may renew for another annual term at the then-current subscription price.

Monthly Subscription

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

• The initial payment is $99.
• Subsequent monthly payments are $24.90 per month.
• Payments continue according to the subscription schedule until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

Current pricing and subscription details shown during checkout will prevail if they differ from the examples stated above.

Where you choose or enable automatic renewal, your Tea Club subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal or billing deadline.

Before completing a subscription purchase, we will present the applicable:

• Subscription price
• Billing frequency
• Renewal terms
• Cancellation terms

By completing the purchase with automatic renewal enabled, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for future recurring payments in accordance with your subscription plan.

You can manage eligible renewal settings through your CHALI account.

You may cancel an eligible Tea Club subscription through your account or by contacting CHALI.

Cancellation affects future subscription charges and shipments according to the applicable billing and fulfillment schedule.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Cancellation before the monthly processing cutoff may take effect for the upcoming shipment or billing cycle.
• Cancellation after the applicable cutoff may take effect from the following cycle.
• Orders or shipments already processed may not be cancelled.

The exact cancellation status and effective date should be displayed in your account when available.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for subscription periods or shipments that have already been paid for or processed, except where required by law or stated in our refund policy.

Tea Club shipments are generally prepared according to a monthly cutoff and fulfillment schedule.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Orders or successful subscription payments received on or before the 10th of the month are eligible for that month’s shipment.
• Eligible monthly shipments are generally dispatched around the 15th of the month.
• Orders or payments received after the monthly cutoff may be scheduled for the following month’s shipment.

Actual dispatch and delivery dates may vary because of weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, weather, inventory, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where CHALI offers pricing that includes applicable shipping, taxes, or duties, this will be described during checkout.

For international orders, customs procedures and local requirements may vary depending on destination.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, or fees imposed by local authorities.

From time to time, CHALI may offer promotional prices, gifts, discount codes, or special offers.
